Patient & Staff Management Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Patient and Staff Management Trainee at Suraaj Hospital. The trainee will be responsible for providing support in managing patient care, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training in various areas of hospital operations, including patient and staff management, communication, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in patient care management, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating referrals and consultations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff by responding to inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Participate in staff management, including assisting in recruitment and training, scheduling and coordinating work assignments, and maintaining staff records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives, including monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of hospital operations and recommending improvements.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and assist in developing and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of operations and patient care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
